What is happiness to you?

The Faces of Happiness

This is a question I cannot answer for you for the pursuit of happiness is YOUnique.

However I can offer inspiration, food for thought and my own insights to where I have personally discovered the faces of happiness in my life.

With this blog post I hope to move you, infuse you, and touch you through my writing, with feelings and thoughts, impressions and soul whispers

I am a Feeler at heart. Just like a dog sniffs his way around the world, experiencing every move and action through his nose, I experience my life through how I feel. I might not remember how events in the past happened exactly, but I always remember how they made me feel! More often than not I find my friends and family remembering things for me that I have simply forgotten because they did not leave a feeling imprint in my heart.

So my happiness primarily stems from how I feel on a day to day basis. As a Feeler I love beauty all around. I respond to beauty. It opens my heart. When I see something ugly I want to beautify it. I just love beauty, harmony and divine order in my life.

So my biggest life lesson – as a Feeler – concerning happiness was, that I need to experience my inner world of feelings, thoughts and emotions as a safe, beautiful and harmonious place first. Then my inside world will make it easy for me to focus on the good, the blessing, the joy, the beauty, harmony and divine order in my life.

To sum up my life lesson in Mahatma Ghandi’s words : ” Become the change you want to see in this world.”

Today I live by this wisdom. It is what makes me happy. It is a constant reminder for me that outside happiness begins with my inner world of joy.

I also love what Rumi said ” Let the Beauty you love be what you do!” That is why I love my conscious business, my Holistic Life Coach Activities, my Personal Wellness Training, my guidance and connection. I will joyfully serve to bring my clients the beauty, harmony, divine order and happiness I so love.

Being such a feelings orientated person… another one of my  life lessons was to learn that any feeling is preceded by a thought first.

Let me say that again….let it sink in, ok? Any- feeling- is- preceded- by- a- thought- first.

Let me explain. For example you think :

“Wow! Look at this beautiful blue sky and sunshine today!” And then you feel the joy, the bliss, the ecstasy of that thought.

Now check this out! Your thought is : “ Ugh! Another day with grey clouds, rain and temperatures that crawl under my skin! Ugh! I hate it!” And what follows are the feelings of gloom, a repressed state, and maybe even a feeling of being stuck and in a rut!”

This is what the ABRAHAM group by Esther & Jerry Hicks teaches. That is where I learned that little piece of invaluable wisdom.

So if you begin to get into the habit of starting your day of with this thought :”Something great is going to happen today. I wonder what it will be?” You put a positive spin on your expectation. And if you really get into the habit of looking for that great thing that happened, I am sure you can easily name 5 things that you are grateful for in your life by the end of the day.

By dedicating yourself to that little twist in your day you have taken a fundamental step into realizing that it is your thoughts that create your feelings. Your thoughts create your feelings of being happy. Whatever that expression of happiness may be in your life.

Can you relate to what I am saying here? Yes!? – Good….let’s continue….

So after I had learned a couple of HUGE life lesson in my life I also had to come to the realization that there are some horrible thoughts and beliefs spooking within my mind, my heart, my body, my temple. Horrible thoughts and beliefs that make sure I stay unhappy, no matter how blue the sky is, or how bright the sun is shining for me.

So I had to do some major healing work and rewiring. Literally rewiring my brain to joy instead of misery. My life to balance instead of chronic stress and my beliefs to harmony, beauty, love and divine order all around.

How did I do that? How did I create such a Happy Wholesome Life?

Awareness, mindfulness and conscious energy healing work, would be the answer to those questions.

And that is my mission today. To teach women all around the world how they can connect with their Happy Wholesome Life to begin to create and step into happiness, health, joy, vibrancy, from a place of ultimate balance.
