Why I don’t call myself “spiritual,” but whole.
In recent years, many people have tried to categorise me: spiritual teacher, energy worker, intuitive mentor.
But none of these labels has ever really fit.
Not because spirituality is wrong.
But because the way the term is often used today misses a fundamental truth:
We are souls having a human experience, not in exchange for, but in inclusion of.
This article is a plea for wholeness:
- for a return to the wholeness of a soul being human,
- for embodiment instead of disembodiment,
- for integration instead of separation,
- for a life that understands mysticism and matter as an inseparable field.
⸻
1. Spirituality is not the problem — disembodiment is.
The common definition of “spiritual” is:
“Concerned with the mind or soul rather than physical things.”
This is precisely where the distortion begins.
I need my body.
I need food.
I need a home.
I need a nervous system that supports me.
I need relationships that nourish me.
I need the earth to feel the sky.
Spirituality that excludes the body is not spirituality.
It is escape.
The practice I teach — and live — is the opposite of that.
I work with the body, with emotions, with the nervous system, with biography, with truth, with presence.
I work with the whole person.
⸻
2. Why I don’t call myself “spiritual”
Not because I am against spirituality.
But because most “spiritual spaces” leave human experience behind instead of permeating it.
They operate in:
• mental abstraction
• conceptual language
• “higher, bigger, faster” narratives
• guru hierarchies
• bypassing
• pure “mind mysticism” without grounding
That is not my world.
And it is not the world of my clients.
I stand for a different form of growth — one that does not rise above the human, but sanctifies it.

3. What wholeness really means
Wholeness is not a trend, not energetic branding, not a “high vibe identity”.
Wholeness is integration.
Wholeness means that all parts of you are finally allowed to breathe in the same space:
• Body
• Heart
• Nervous system
• Memory
• Intuition
• Boundaries
• Needs
• Beliefs
• Lived experience
• Grounded wisdom
Wholeness is the moment when your humanity and your wisdom stop fighting each other.
Wholeness is an inner coherence that becomes tangible — in your calmness, in your presence, in the way you make decisions.
⸻
4. Embodied Wisdom: The wisdom that speaks through the body
Embodied Wisdom is not “love and light”.
It is:
• Breath that brings you back
• Emotions that inform you
• The nervous system that shows you what is true
• the ability to stay in the now when things get challenging
• impulses that come from depth, not trauma
Embodied Wisdom is lived truth.
It is the foundation for real change — not in concepts, but in behaviour, relationships, decisions, identity.
It is the only form of wisdom that truly brings your Soul Dream into form.
⸻
5. Why 3D integration is the real point
I do not teach how to ‘ascend’ to higher dimensions.
I teach how to land in your own reality.
Your dream does not become reality in a metaphysical sphere.
It becomes reality in your decisions, in your time, in your body, in your presence.
3D integration is:
• less escape
• more presence
• less concept
• more embodiment
• less “quantum leap”
• more natural rhythms
• less guru dependency
• more self-guidance
• less spiritualisation
• more humanity
3D integration is the return to yourself.

6. The basis of my work: Wholeness, not spirituality
My book From Dreaming to Done: A Soul Map For Finishing What You Were Born to Do is not a spiritual book.
It is a human book.
It is a guide on how to finally finish what you wanted to start — with:
• emotional resilience
• somatic intelligence
• natural time
• clarity
• stamina
• heart
It is a book about completion — yes.
In the sense of “getting it done,” — in the sense of “becoming whole”:
✔ about the identity that emerges when you stop running away
✔ about the vision that becomes free within you when you give it a body
✔ about the creation that comes to life when you stop abandoning yourself
From Dreaming to Done is not a book about the end of resistance.
It is a book about transformation through surrender:
✔ to what you really want,
✔ who you really are,
✔ and what wants to be born through you.
It is a book about how to realise your soul in your life — not through force, but through coherence.
My company, Soul Health Mentor & Co, is a space for people who don’t want to live “higher” — but deeper.
For people who don’t abandon their humanity to be spiritual, but inhabit their humanity to realise their soul.
