How a ten-year creative journey revealed the methodology I was born to live, write, and guide
Today and always my heArt is deeply grateful and cultivating the art of living as a German Lebenskünstler, living in Canada.
Soul Art® wasn’t just a certification program that began in 2022. It was a ten-year journey of development that repeatedly brought my calling into focus, even before I had a complete framework for it.
Looking back now, I can see that Soul Art® did not hand me a finished identity. It gave me mirrors. It gave me images. It gave me rituals, thresholds, intentions, creative containers, and embodied evidence. Again and again, it revealed the same deeper truth: there was something in me that wanted to become form.
That form eventually became From Dreaming to Done™.
But it did not arrive all at once.
It arrived through years of following signs, entering creative structures, completing what called me, and learning how to trust the intelligence of my own creative genius and Soul Map.
2014: Finding the Field While Standing at a Threshold
In 2014, I first came into contact with Laura Hollick.
I was in Germany, waiting for my Green Card so I could follow my calling in the United States. It was a threshold season. I was not settled. I was not standing inside a clear life architecture. I was waiting between worlds.
And it was precisely during this transitional period that I found Laura Hollick online.
That matters.
I didn’t discover Soul Art® when my life was stable and complete. I discovered it while I was on my way to a new life.
At first, all I did was follow this immensely inspiring artist on Facebook while moving through what would become one of the hardest and most trying chapters of my life.
But something in the field stayed with me.
Something in the art, the language, the archetypal imagery, the devotion to creative essence, and the way Laura lived her work kept calling me forward.
2017–2019: The First Courses and BE BRAVE
In 2017, I purchased my first courses with Laura.
Then more after that.
In 2019, I joined my first International Soul Art Day, hosted online by Canadian artist and creator Laura Hollick, and created my very first piece of Soul Art®.
It carried the words:
At the time, the artwork remained unfinished.
I tucked it away.
Only years later did I realize how prophetic it truly was.
Because immense courage was not just a theme. It became the prerequisite for everything that came after.
Courage to keep going.
Courage to follow the signs.
Courage to write.
Courage to leave old versions of life behind.
Courage to build a new home.
Courage to stand in my own authority.
Courage to stop carrying what was never mine to hold.
BE BRAVE was not just an art piece.
It was an early mirror.
2020: The Nü Icon Cleanse and the First Book Portal
In June 2020, I joined Laura Hollick’s Nü Icon Cleanse.
During that process, I set an intention born from essence.
In one of the first Soul Art® rituals, something became very clear: my iconic essence wanted to come through books. Writing. Published form. My iconic self wanted to be embodied through words that could live in the world.
Then the signs started moving.
In July 2020, I saw a Facebook post from a friend about a 90-day book-writing program. The message spoke directly to the longing inside me: support to begin or complete a book, group encouragement, confidence, a publishing opportunity.
I entered the structure.
I started writing my manuscript on August 1.
I submitted the manuscript on November 1.
And then I received the news that I had won a $4,000 book publishing package with As You Wish Publishing.
I was so awestruck that I dropped to the floor.
At the time, I called it magical.
Now I can see something even more precise.
That was From Dreaming to Done™ before it was called From Dreaming to Done™.
The loop was already there:
Intention → Recognize the sign → Make a decision → Enter the structure → Write → Complete → Receive a publishable opportunity.
This means my methodology was not suddenly invented.
It was observed, tested, repeated, and finally named over the course of years through my own life.
Soul Art® opened the channel.
From Dreaming to Done™ became the architecture I was born with to finish what my soul had already started.
2021: Soul Art School as a Year of Immersion
In 2021, I joined Soul Art School.
Month by month, I entered the rituals, assignments, creative prompts, and reflective spaces. I followed the threads. I let image, intention, body, emotion, and insight speak to one another.
This was not yet about branding.
It was not yet about methodology.
It was not yet about a public framework.
It was about listening deeply enough that the hidden pattern could begin to reveal itself.
That year gave my creative development continuity. A rhythm. A practice. A way to keep returning to the soul’s visual language.
It was preparing me for what came next.
2022: The Certification Journey Begins
When I signed on to become a certified Soul Art® Guide in August 2022, I thought I was entering a certification.
In reality, I was entering a new architecture for my life.
The first assignment was simple on the surface: set an intention for the journey.
But the intention that came through was not small.
I am redefining life, love, health, and success, on my terms.
At the time, I could not yet know how literal that sentence would become.
I could not yet see that this was not just an artistic or creative intention.
It was the beginning of a full reality reconfiguration.
2023: Ottawa and a New Standard of Thriving
By April 2023, I had completed Level 1 of the Soul Art® Certification.
And the intention had already begun to move from inner knowing into lived form.
My husband and I relocated to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, co-creating the environment his own intention had named:
I am creating an environment where I can thrive on all levels.
That move was not just geographical.
It was nervous system architecture.
It was love architecture.
It was home architecture.
It was the first physical proof that life, health, home, partnership, and success could begin to be redefined on our own terms.
The intention was no longer only on paper.
It had become a place.
2024–2025: Joy, Authority, and Standing on My Own
In November 2024, I upgraded into the higher levels of the certification program.
In Level 2, I set another intention:
I am living my joy.
At the same time, I stepped into the role of Assignment Guide, supporting other students with their Level 1 submissions while being mentored and guided by Laura Hollick, creator of Soul Art®.
Inside that mentorship, another intention emerged:
I am aligning with the power to stand on my own.
Looking back, I can see that these two intentions were never separate.
Living my joy required me to stand on my own.
Standing on my own required me to stop outsourcing my authority.
And authority required my body of work to become visible in the world.
When I graduated Level 2 in May 2025, the next reality arrived quickly.
In June 2025, I signed my book deal with Lucky Book Publishing, an Ottawa based small and mighty publishing house.
By 11.11.25, my book From Dreaming to Done — A Soul Map for Finishing What You Were Born to Do became a bestseller.
A few months later, it became an award-winning book by the standards of the International Book Impact Award.
The woman who had said, I am living my joy, now had a published body of work.
The woman who had said, I am aligning with the power to stand on my own, now stood as a category-of-one authority.
That was not just publishing.
That was evidence.
2025–2026: The Richest Version of Me and the Birth of Leichtigkeit
Then came the next layer.
Another year as a Soul Art® Assignment Guide.
Another year of mentorship with Laura Hollick.
Another level of certification.
My mentorship intention became:
I am discovering the richest version of me.
My Level 3 certification intention became:
I am creating Leichtigkeit — lightness and ease.
And this is where the story becomes very precise.
Because the richest version of me was not the version who carried more.
She was not the version who over-functioned.
She was not the version who became indispensable in someone else’s system.
She was not the version who proved her worth through exhaustion, complexity, or invisible labor.
The richest version of me was the version who could receive, create, finish, and live with Leichtigkeit.
On her own terms.
Soon, my two-year mentorship comes to a close.
Soon, I graduate Level 3.
And as that cycle completes, another reality has already self-actualized:
The companion book to From Dreaming to Done.
The No Drama Path to Living What You Were Born to Do.
Launching July/August 2026.
The Full Mirror
Now I can see the full mirror.
The intentions were never just words.
They were thresholds.
I am redefining life, love, health, and success, on my terms became a new home, a new environment, and a new standard of thriving.
I am living my joy became authorship, creativity, visibility, and a body of work.
I am aligning with the power to stand on my own became authority, sovereignty, and the ability to no longer disappear into someone else’s system.
I am discovering the richest version of me became the realization that wealth is not only money. It is coherence. It is peace. It is authorship. It is space. It is capacity. It is a life that can hold what I came here to create.
I am creating Leichtigkeit became the next level of completion: no drama, no over-functioning, no survival body, no carrying what was never mine to hold.
I arrived here by setting true, heartfelt intentions and allowing them to reshape my life.
The Sacred Dance Between Soul Art® and From Dreaming to Done™
There is a fine line between standing in my authority and honoring the field that helped strengthen my development.
The truth is:
I have lived my own methodology, From Dreaming to Done™, while allowing Soul Art® — born from the genius of artist and creator Laura Hollick — to sustain, guide, reveal, and empower me.
Soul Art® has made my essence visible over the years.
From Dreaming to Done™ became the architecture through which I translated this essence into books, business, boundaries, home, methodology, and lived completion.
I honor the source that has accompanied me over the years.
And I now stand confidently within the architecture that has emerged through my own Soul Map, my decisions, and my lived life.
My calling did not just appear suddenly.
Over the course of ten years, through signs, art, books, intentions, thresholds, and lived completion, it took shape into the work that is now called From Dreaming to Done™.
And my latest Soul Art Journey work of heArt is sealing and honoring this origin story and sacred dance between Soul Art® and what I was born to do and guide: From Dreaming to Done™.
The deepest mirror is this:
Soul Art® revealed the essence.
From Dreaming to Done™ became the architecture.
My Sweet Truths Soul Art Exhibit is the visual evidence.
My books and business are the Destiny Architecture™ that reveals itself in lived completion.
And the sentence that now holds the whole journey:
I can receive guidance without losing authority.
I can honor the source without shrinking my creation.
I can stand in my work while remaining deeply grateful for the field that helped strengthen me to bring From Dreaming to Done™ all the way through.
