“Mystery”: A Soul Art Journey of Divine Guidance and Alignment

Engage with the Art:

This Soul Art piece, titled “Mystery,” began its journey during my first in-person Soul Art Workshop here in Ottawa, as part of a wellness initiative for employees. What unfolded on the canvas surprised me—it wasn’t planned, but rather revealed itself through “leftover” collage images that seemed to tell their own story. The collage images created a beautiful picture of:

• Safe places & mentorship
• Being in the moment, uncluttered, appreciative, and ready to take action
• Moving forward with purpose
• Embracing life’s journey, wherever it leads
• Loving and nurturing like family
• Celebrating age and wisdom
• Empowering women
• Committing to building great futures
• Mesmerizing with passion and intensity

As I pieced this collage together, it felt as though “Mystery” was guiding me, rather than the other way around. The creation process flowed naturally and organically, circumventing any effort on my part to control or direct it. This piece, in its creation, fascinated me with its mystery—where was it taking me?

The Journey:

“Mystery” led me on an epic journey of realizing that my humanity and my divinity are working together to:

• Set the Cosmic Coordinates
• Connect me with a larger mission
• Break free from limitations
• Enjoy a Gusto Guided Process
• Embrace my Wayshowing Essence
• Welcome life with a heart-centered approach
• Align with divine synchronicity
• Bathe in the aura of alignment
• Be grateful for the journey

As I worked on this Soul Art creation, it began to take on a life of its own. It started leading me, supporting me in birthing my next level. Beneath the collage lies a whole body map steeped in mystery—I body-mapped my hands, thighs, and solar plexus without overthinking it. Later, I realized these bodymaps looked like the hands of doulas assisting in a birth.

The steps of this creation didn’t follow the usual order. Instead, it unfolded in a way that felt divinely guided:

• Creativity Doors opened first, inspiring the collage images.
• Then came the bodymap.
• And finally, a new intention emerged: “I am in awe of this beautiful life and in a state of ecstatic gratitude.”

Interestingly, the intention I set for guiding the workshop was simple: “I am allowing myself to have fun in this experience.”

Biggest Insight:

During the month I spent creating “Mystery,” I received a powerful insight: “I am affluent and prosper wherever I place my intentions.”

Spirit Action:

To honor this insight, I created a guided audio visualization/meditation to remind myself to ask for support from my heavenly helpers: “Show me! Use me as your channel, Spirit. I am yours!”
