It was the first Soul Art Journey I ever held as a guide.
And it changed me.
This piece carries more than color or form –
it carries presence.
The quiet courage of guiding another into their creative power –
while being transformed myself.
💗 My client came with a simple longing:
to feel more at home in her body.
She mapped the place she called her “arm wings” – a tender spot
she wished to embrace more fully.
She also traced her glasses – the part of herself she’s always loved.
🌀 I, in turn, mapped my feet, my knees, my hands –
feeling the full presence of my role:
Rooted. Receptive. Radiantly present.
Not leading.
Just holding.
And creating alongside.
What unfolded was more than art –
it was a remembering.
Of what happens when two women say yes
to truth in motion.
To beauty without performance.
To care without guilt.
🌿 Her insight?
That true self-care isn’t a task –
it’s a rhythm.
A remembering of what nourishes life.
☕ Her Spirit Action:
to greet each morning with coffee under the sky,
listening to the birds instead of rushing into performance.
She did it. For five days. With reverence.
But here’s the truth:
the real shift wasn’t in the action.
It was in her no longer feeling guilty for it.
